Shipping Info & Policies

When you order products and/or merchandise from United Network for Organ Sharing, Transplant Living or National Donor Memorial, you can be assured your order will be handled professionally and fairly. Please review our store policies before ordering.

Your account: You will need to set up an account with us in order to place an order. This information will not be sold or shared with third parties.

Phone orders: You may call 804-782-2930 to place an order by phone. You must provide credit card information at that time.

No merchandise resale: These items are for personal use and may not be resold.

Returns and Exchanges: E-mail us at orders@store.unos.org if you need to return or exchange an item so that we can provide you with return authorization information.

Shipping: All orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service or United Parcel Service depending on the order's weight and size. We use the fastest method available for the shipping fee charged. Overnight, 2nd Day air, and 3 Day select delivery is available at an additional cost.

Delivery: We cannot be responsible for the performance of the U.S. Postal Service and United Parcel Service. UNOS cannot be held accountable for delivery times or shipments lost in transit. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to process.
